[WSBARP] reconvey without trustee?

There is an issue with putting them both in one document.

RCW 61.24.010(2) says in part that "Only upon recording the appointment of a successor trustee in each county in which the deed of trust is recorded, the successor trustee shall be vested with all powers of an original trustee."  If they are both in one document, arguably the new Trustee did not have the power to sign the Full Reconveyance.  It has to be done in two steps.

Hello Listmates, I have a situation where my existing clients have asked me to reconvey a piece of property that they took a deed of trust on for a family member.  Chicago Title is trustee, and they were just hoping that I could take care of it for them without CT.  is there any reason why I can't change the reconveyance form to note that the DOT holders are signing the reconveyance instead of the trustee?  Thanks for your thoughts.
