Subject: [WSBARP] Probate of Will

Listmates:

Sno. Co. Probate. We represent the wife of her deceased husband they have one adult child.

Do I need a form signed by the adult child that she is not contesting/objecting to her mother serving as PR?

Also, I think I know this answer but do I enter the original will with petition?

Sincerely,
