[WSBARP] Rescinding Trustee's Sale after 15 days

Hello Listmates,

Does anyone have experience with a rescission of trustee's sale beyond the
15 days allowed by the DTA? Client is a BFP but there has been some
indication that the property was not supposed to be sold. However, trustee
did not act within the 15 day window.

How often are sales being rescinded these days? If beneficiary/trustee
realizes mistake, how much do they drag their feet to correct the mistake
and unwind the sale? What can the BFP realistically expect to be
reimbursed for?

Best Regards,
