[WSBARP] Question on presenting orders

In Skagit County, they allow paralegals or other employees working in an 
attorney's office to present orders on the ex parte calendar, if they 
are signed by the supervising attorney (See SCLCR 7(f)). Is there a 
similar rule in Snohomish County?
