[WSBARP] getting rid of car where insolvent estate no probate

Im assuming someone else has run across this, or at least can think better than me today...

Advised client to walk away from brother’s estate since it is deep in debt and no purpose in opening probate.  No one else coming forward to handle the estate.
However, one very low value vehicle of deceased brother is in client's driveway.  What can/should she do with it? (she should have just left it with the tow company which could have kept it for nonpayment of tow fees, but too late for that now)
