[WSBARP] 1987 Master Form Deed of Trust

Dear List Mates:

Does anyone have a legible copy of the 1987 Master Form Deed of Trust.  This is not the 1968 Master Form Deed of Trust that is incorporated into the LPB 20-05 Short Form Deed of Trust.  This Master Form was recorded under #8708110112, and it better covers commercial transactions.  I've pulled the recorded document from the county records, but it is really tough to read.  Thanks in advance.
