[WSBARP] well drilling contract

Bryce, we don’t have oil or gas around here.  Many deep water wells in this area.  I understand the regs require them to get to a particular acquifer that is way down there.  If you sent a form, I wasn’t
able to open it.  thanks.

At that depth you hit oil or gas before water. Did a water Witcher determine were to drill? Does he have to pay regardless of whether they hit water?

I am wondering if a anyone could share a copy of a well drilling contract.  I have a client (landowner)  who is about to sign one for  a 1,200 to 1,800 foot water well, and I would like to see what other contracts have provided.
