Subject: [WSBARP] Attorney to Represent Tenant in Grant County

PC has occupied a large property in Ephrata, Grant County for 22 years.
There is no current lease on the property. He used to raise cattle on the
property but is currently retired. He received a notice on his door today
saying that the property has been sold and he needs to vacate in 30 days.
Is there anyone willing to talk to him about his options.

Thanks,

Jim
