[WSBARP] excise tax affidavit for corrected deed?

Yes you need an excise tax affidavit when you rerecord.  WAC 458-61A-217

Grantor is providing a corrected deed.  First, deed did not include an
acknowledgment.  The only change on new deed is the acknowledgment.  Is
another real estate excise tax affidavit required?
