[WSBARP] Referral for GSA Legal Opinion

Buyer recently purchased a commercial building owner in which VA is a tenant.  Under the VA/GSA lease, the owner is required to provide a legal opinion that the transfer was effected under applicable law.  Buyer is looking for a lawyer who has experience with these opinions.

Please reply if you have worked on these and are interested in representing this client.
