[WSBARP] Property History Reports-Litigation Guarantee

Catherine,

 

I spoke with a title examiner at Chicago who was very backlogged because now
that Chicago isn't doing property histories for realtors, realtors are now
ordering full preliminary commitments instead.  And Chicago is no longer
charging cancelation fees, so it seems they've just shot themselves in the
foot.

I'm being told by Chicago that they aren't doing these anymore.  Any
suggestions other than FATCO for this work?
