Subject: [WSBARP] interrogatory form

I am involved in litigation representing a client on a judicial foreclosure case.

I have a set of interrogatories I am ready to have the bank answer, but my form looks pretty old. Can anyone share with me a form for request for interogs?

Is it permissible to include request for production of documents with an interrogatory?

thanks

Josh
