Subject: [WSBARP] Condominium Termination

Anyone have experience in terminating a condominium/decondominiumizing? (Most of property is vacant land, but platted and developed via a Master Condo Declaration. One of the condominiumized lots is developed with what amounts to a duplex (albeit subject to its own secondary condo declaration). 100% of property owners want to get rid of condominium status and own/develop as single family lots or, with the case of the developed property, hold as a duplex).
