Colleagues,

Does anyone have a lease for property to be used by the tenant for cultivation of alfalfa? This seems far from my normal practice, but believe it or not a rural association client of mine wants to lease some common area for that purpose. I am aware of the association related issues, but want to make sure that there are no agriculture related issues that I am ignoring.

Thanks,

Jim
