[WSBARP] Summary Judgment and Partition

Would someone please email me the pleadings for a summary judgment to be
filed by a moving party (my client) in a real estate partition action.
Preferably word format though anything will work.



I've filed many partition actions and usually end up with a stipulated
order.  However, not in my present case.  I asked around with far smarter
and grayer attorneys in the Spokane area for their pleadings and came up
with a dry hole.
