[WSBARP] Statute Under Which County Files Lien

Dear All,

I'm having trouble figuring out what statute applies when King County files
a lien against a property owner for code violations on the property owner's
land (illegal grading & timber harvesting, if it matters).

Hoping for a citation describing the technical lien requirements...
