A Texas commercial bank is looking for counsel to file a motion in a pending King County guardianship to allow the Texas commercial bank to commence a foreclosure upon Texas property held by the guardianship estate.  Apparently, under Texas law before a creditor can commence a Texas foreclosure that they have to obtain leave of the guardianship court (no matter where situated) before they can commence the foreclosure.

Just looking for names to forward to the Texas bank officer. Long time on/off REO client of mine.
