For what it is worth, from my perspective the deed is worded sufficiently.

Subject: [WSBARP] Deed for two separate Revocable Living Trusts

I'm preparing a deed for a married couple who resides in Hawaii, but owns real property here in WA (community property). Their attorney created a revocable living trust for each of them, and they are co-trustees of each trust. Wondering if this wording for the deed is sufficient or if it should be worded differently...

"Husband and Wife, as Co-Trustees of the Husband Revocable Living Trust dated October 2, 2014, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest as tenant in common, and Husband and Wife, as Co-Trustees of the Wife Revocable Living Trust dated October 2, 2014, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest as tenant in common."
