Listmates, Your input will be greatly appreciated. Landlord owns a single family residence with trees in the yard. Let's presume the trees are in good health with no obvious signs of a hazard. In a wind storm a branch blows of and damages a tenant's car. Landlord's insurance does not cover the event and tenant files under their automobile policy. Does the Landlord have any obligation to pay the tenant's deductible??
