Condominium Association foreclosed for unpaid dues. In their foreclosure action, they did not name the senior mortgage holder bank as a defendant. The (default) judgment of foreclosure names only the delinquent owner.

I assume this means that the superpriority under RCW 64.34.364<http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=64.34&full=true#64.34.364> has no effect, since the bank received no due process?
