As you probably know, it is illegal in some countries for foreigners to
purchase property freehold. In addition to local law, a foreign buyer
should also consider the risk involved in purchasing property in a
developing country (i.e. losing money are getting into a bad deal.) What
type of property is he interested in buying? (residential, commercial,
land, investment, etc.) The global property guide should be a good start
