I second Marcus' response. I had a client a few years ago in the same situation. I don't recall the name of the charity but I contacted them with the situation and they offered to be PR.  Seemed to be common practice by the response.  Mary

Thanks.  He is leaving his assets to charities and does not want to leave anything to his relatives.  Hence, he doesn’t want to get them involved.

 

I guess I need a name for one of the local Professional Service Corporations.

Jim-Can’t he name a beneficiary as PR? If a sibling is nominated, or anyone else for that matter, they can always decline when the time comes or hire someone else (a professional) to do the heavy lifting (literally and/or figuratively). Good luck, Cy

There are professional service companies that do this and their rates can be very reasonable
