[WSBARP] Landlord showing rental ?

A landlord may exhibit the dwelling to prospective tenants or purchasers
with a minimum of 24 hours written notice to the tenant.  RCW
59.18.150(6).  The lease may require more than 24 hours notice, but not
less than 24 hours for this purpose.
