[WSBARP] Statute of Limitations

Hi All,

Does anyone handle foreclosure defense cases involving statute of
limitations issues. I have a PNC who has been working on trying to get her
loan modified for the past 7 years. Apparently the bank refused payment and
then sold off the loan and didn't begin foreclosure proceedings until this
year.

Any referrals are much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
