[WSBARP] registered agent Chicago Title Ins. Co.

Does anyone know who the registered agent for Chicago Title Ins. co. is in Washington State.  I know they also go by Chicago National Title Insurance Company.  Don’t see them in secretary of state’s listing.  Are kept at the Insurance Commissioner’s office?
