[WSBARP] issues with L&I

L&I has been actively pursuing employee versus independent contractor cases with great vigor recently. Sounds like that may be the case with PC. My colleague, Tim Calderbank, is well versed in this area and would be happy to assist.

I had a PC call me today and he is looking for an attorney to help him work through some issues with L&I.   L&I is coming after him saying he was a full time employee and now needs to pay a lot of money in back due premiums.
