[WSBARP] issues with L&I

I had a PC call me today and he is looking for an attorney to help him 
work through some issues with L&I.   L&I is coming after him saying he 
was a full time employee and now needs to pay a lot of money in back due 
premiums.

Client is in north Snohomish County.
