[WSBARP] Kitsap foreclosure injunction

We have what appears to be a winnable case regarding falsifying a deed of trust on property in Kitsap county.  If anyone has experience with foreclosure defense in Kitsap county, please ping me.  We expect to sue the Trustee and the beneficiary and seek an injunction against the Trustee's sale.  Any forms or warnings about the judges there would also be welcome.
