[WSBARP] Request for form or guidance

Listmates:

 

Does anyone have a room rental agreement they would be willing to share?
Client wants to rent a room in her house to a family member who will also
be able to use living areas, bath, laundry, etc, but wants a formal
arrangement.

 

Also, if anyone has any guidance on this, I would appreciate your input.
