[WSBARP] Referral Request for Formation of Road Improvement District (RCW 36.88)

Good Morning:

 

I have a client who is considering petitioning for formation of a Road
Improvement District under RCW Chapter 36.88.  While the road at issue is
in Mason County, the client is interested in consulting with legal counsel
who has worked on formation of an RID using the petition initiation method
of formation (RCW 36.88.050).  Any referral recommendations?
