[WSBARP] New SC Case on Equitable Servitudes

Agents speak for the owner within their assigned roles.  I don't find a possible equitable remedy too surprising; I look forward to seeing the next round; what the trial court will fashion as a remedy requires some creativity:)

I'm still trying to get my head around it.  Seems to me that the SC is holding that the statements of an agent selling lots may create an equitable servitude on the seller.
