[WSBARP] Real Property Transfer to LLC

Holding Real Estate Assets Through Partnerships and LLCs:; Pass Through
Drafting and Structuring Strategies was an April 4, 2007 WSBA CLE there
might be printed copies of the CLE material at the law schools or law
libraries.  Also, Drafting and Using FLPs, LLCs, and PLLCs from November 8,
2007 was another CLE put on by WSBA.  You might check the CLE section of
the bar and see if these have been updated.
