[WSBARP] Effect of Foreclosure on Easement Implied by Prior Use

Has anyone dealt with the effect of a foreclosure process, if any, on a claim of easement based on prior use?  My sense is that it does not affect the concept of a common grantor, but in this wild west of foreclosure cases, one cannot be too sure.

Any input would be appreciated.
