  We have always believed that 61.24.020 makes deeds of trust subject to 61.16.030, and now I think 61.24.110 (2) makes it clearer.

  I have never applied 61.16.020 to deeds of trust, though on a risk basis we may do so.

  I just like to double check: RCW 61.16.020 and RCW 61.16.030, two codes on mortgage and its satisfaction, also apply to promissory notes for Deeds of Trust, correct?
