[WSBARP] Nuisance (neighbor/dog) counsel on East side?

Counsel, a client is looking for counsel on the East side related to a
neighbor problem. Currently, there is a dog barking continuously – animal
control and police are not able to control it. Previously, the neighbor
was causing problems with the property boundary lines.

 

Any recommendations for counsel in this area – particularly, addressing
the dog at this point, but given the history with this neighbor, there may
well be other issues to fold in.
