[WSBARP] closing fees

You can and should call any title company you want and ask them to send
you a rate sheet for both title and escrow.  They gladly will in my

I am getting the distinct impression that title companies are charging a
lot more than we do for real estate closings.  I had a closing fee chart
which I received from a title company years ago, which I have been using.
My lowest fee has been $350 and the chart stops at $210,000 so it is
dated.

 

I was wondering if anyone who does closings would care to share their
closing fee chart.  Off list??
