I have been buying Brother laser printers for years, party because they
work well with my linux based office. Much less expensive to replace
them as needed than it is to support a large do-it-all copier. But then,
my staff is capable of using a stapler.

Mark, I'm so small that buying a small copier/scanner/fax was my best
route. I highly recommend the Brother series. You can get it at Costco
or Costco.com and the ink cartridges are "oversized" so they don't run out
nearly as often. They are also available online at Costco.com and I
believe shipping is included in the price. Additionally, when the
cartridges are empty, Brother includes easy to follow instructions for
returning them (at no cost to you) for recycling.

Subject: [WSBARP] Â Copier - Lease or Buy
My copier lease is about to end and I’m debating whether to lease or buy
a new machine. We’re a small firm with fairly modest color
copier/scanner needs and I’m considering whether to stick with copier
companies that offer toner & service contracts or to wing it and buy a
machine online with no such services. Any advice appreciated.
