[WSBARP] Tree maintenance easement

Does anyone have language they can share for an easement
agreement/restrictive covenant whereby a property owner reserves the right
to enter onto property he’s selling to trim trees and vegetation to
protect views of property he’s retaining.  I represent the buyer of the
burdened property so I’d like to keep it as simple as reasonably possible.
