[WSBARP] Objecting to Appraisal

Is there an “official” process to object to a real estate appraisal and
require a re-appraisal where it does not properly take into account all
substantial property attributes beyond the attributes in the “comparable”
properties? Can someone require a re-appraisal they have paid for?
