[WSBARP] Deed in Lieu

[Jayne Gilbert]

Has anybody out there had dealings with HFC re a Deed in Lieu? Any
success? I would appreciate it if you would discuss it with me off line
would be great The situation is my client has fully preformed her end and
HFC is balking they keep assigning it to another agent and won't respond
by mail. Any ideas would be appreciated.
