Subject: [WSBARP] [SPAM] Tenant ?

 

Snohomish Co. Case: Tenant  called me and stated they haven’t paid rent
for 2 months, used money to pay off necessary bills and then get caught
up. Tenant states that they have never been served with any proper notice
to vacate. This afternoon tenants girlfriend goes out to mailbox and then
she returns the apt. is locked with a new lock by manager/owner and she
cannot re-enter. I am assuming the manager was waiting for her to leave
and quickly make a move.  Apt. complex will not let tenant return to her
apt.  They are limited on attorney fees. Anything these people can do.
