[WSBARP] Washington Reports

Kerry, you never, ever have to apologize when you’re looking for a good
home for your books.  It is a hugely unfortunate corollary to being the
Modern Lawyer, books become superfluous.  

 

I am sad to say that my only office needing furnishing is my real estate
office.  So I’m of no assistance.  Best of luck.  And thanks for the post.

Dear Listmates:

I am moving my offices (my partner Joel Bradshaw is going along too) and
we have some books and furniture available.  I have reconciled myself to
the notion that books and a library are no longer necessary for the modern
lawyer.  Consequently, we must dispose of our Washington Reports,
Washington 2nd, and the Washington Appellate.  The earlier Washington
Reports are leather bound and would make nice display material for your
lobby entrances.  Do not hesitate to contact me for a complete list of
furniture and the selection of these books.  Any of the books, I cannot
provide to my listmates must be thrown away.  That is troublesome in my
estimation, but what else to do?

Sorry for this being somewhat off topic, but it is a listserve to provide
for the needs of our subscibers.  At least that is how I justified the
post.
