[WSBARP] Rescission of community property agreement

REVOCATION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY AGREEMENT

 

            This Revocation of Community Property Agreement is made and
entered into by and between XX and XX, husband and wife.  The parties have
entered into a Community Property Agreement in the State of Washington,
dated XX, and recorded at XX.  The parties are desirous of dissolving the
Community Property Agreement;

 

            NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual
covenants herein contained, the parties hereby agree as follows:

 

            1.         That any and all Community Property Agreement
entered into by and between the parties is declared to be canceled and
terminated and of no force and effect.

 

            2.         That this revocation has been entered into
voluntarily and with full understanding by the parties.

is causing unintended consequences.  If anyone has a rescission agreement
