[WSBARP] Loan Modification attorney in Eastern Washington

Kathryn,

 

I actually do the FFA loan modification work for the
banks/lenders/trustees (only creditor side).  About 10-20 mediations a
month.

 

The only attorney I know that does good work is Frank Malone (I just was
opposite him earlier this week).

 

Also, the SNAP HUD counselors (509-456-7106) do the best job and the least
expense to the borrowers.

 

The Gonzaga Law School Legal Clinic also has about 30 law students doing
that work.  Judge (ret.) Richard White is/was the director.
