List mates do any of you know of any attys or have you dealt with a
disgruntled client who posted on Facebook and Yelp their unfounded
complaints against a client alleging false statements and warning readers
not to do business with the client. The statements could be considered
defamatory although they don’t state state client is a crook se do allege
client isn’t honoring warranty claims etc. Client is attempting to
contact Facebook and Yelp to get it removed but is there any type of legal
action that would be appropriate knowing that actual damages would be
difficult.
