[WSBARP] Water Rights

I have a great deal of recent expertise with water rights in Kittitas,
Benton, and Yakima County.    I frequently rely on Aspect Consulting in
Seattle (www.aspectconsulting.com) for water right analysis to support
transfers (specifically, Tim Flynn, Dan Haller, or or Tyson Carlson).
Valuation is often very dependent on site/location on a specific basin,
how far upstream, etc., and on historical use. Will be glad to speak with
