We do all that and more. We are close to Kenmore as well. I’d be happy
to interview possible client. Betsy Wurdeman can also do that here.

Subject: [WSBARP] Real Property/ Divoce law referral

I need a referral to an attorney versed in divorce and real property law.
Client lives in Kenmore. Client has a recent divorce decree from ex-wife
who may be bi-polar. Parties are trying to sell the family home but
ex-wife is now uncooperative. Client lives in the house but had to change
the locks because ex-wife kept coming over and stealing items in violation
of the divorce decree. (Cops: “This is a civil matter. Keep us out of
this.”) Ex-wife was represented by an attorney who, I think, gave up
dealing with her and quit. Ex-wife frequently violates divorce decree.
May require going back into court to get additional orders in order to
sell the house. Client tried to buy out her interest and jumped through
all of the hoops she set up (four appraisals etc.), and then she pulled
out and is no longer represented.

Any takers?????

Paul Neumiller
