[WSBARP] How easy to get "additional insured" rider on CGL insurance?

I represent a B&B owner who intends to have third-party vendors providing
services at the Inn – massage/spa treatments, yoga classes, etc.

He wants the B&B to be named as "additional insured" on each vendor's
commercial general liability insurance policy.

Is this even feasible? I know it is often done in long-term LL/T contexts,
but this B&B/vendor situation bears little resemblance to that. The
relationship between the B&B and the vendor is strictly at-will, and
intermittent--the vendor won't be involved or onsite unless a B&B guest
requests their services.

I tend to think the "additional insured" requirement is overkill, if B&B
has its own CGL policy with rider that covers vendor's on-premises
activities, and B&B gets indemnification from the vendor and
representation that vendor has its own CGL insurance.

But then again, if it's really easy to get an "additional insured" rider,
maybe it's a fast way to gain additional coverage.

What do my colleagues think? Thanks in advance as always--

Sincerely,
