[WSBARP] FW: Condemnation Damages Expert

Hi all, we are seeking recommendations for an expert who can help
determine what damages a tenant in a shopping center may be entitled to
due to a public works project.  The case may very well head to trial.
Preferably someone in the Puget Sound area but not critical.  Any
recommendations?  Thank you.
