[WSBARP] Mobile home titles

I was mistaken on the year – it is 1976. It is not an absolute
prohibition, but from what my Mobile Home Park clients tell me, it is a
near impossibility. See RCW 46.44.170

I need a referral to a Grant County attorney.  Lady bought two trailers on
contract and now that they’re paid off the seller won’t provide the
titles.  She’s ready to move them as the real property they sit on is
